Added execution pipeline for construction flow lines

Maybe src-python/construction_flow_generation/var_rewriter.py needs to be run on the .csv output first befor the pdf is generated (that should take care of the extra generated page on the sample input - sliceDummyVar1)

Also some for some graphs the labes and gridlines are a bit different but the data seems to be fine (needs checking)
